Japanese Whitespire Birch (Betula populifolia Whitespire) A narrow pyramidal white-barked birch that is tolerant to high temperatures and resistant to the bronze birch borer. Thrives in a wide range of soil conditions. Chalk white bark does not exfoliate. Glossy leaves turn yellow in autumn.
