Description
(Pinus mugo mughus) This dwarf compact ornamental pine grows well in a variety of different soils and exposures. An extremely hardy plant, growing broader than others with an irregular outline. Needles do not brown. Easily transplanted, this evergreen has stiff dark green needles. An excellent ornamental for low lawn and hedge planting, as shape and size are controllable by shearing.
